  • Practice advocate identification
  • Kickoff leadership
  • Sample case coaching
  • First patient coaching
  • Case #2-5 confidence building
  • Recovery and intervention calls
  • Escalation management
  • Monthly performance reviews
  • Identity shift and long-term adoption

What Success Looks Like

  • Build confidence
  • Activate quickly

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

  • Dental industry experience preferred
  • Customer Success or Practice Coaching experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable leading calls with doctors and office managers
  • Excellent at uncovering hidden concerns and resistance
  • Highly organized and accountable
  • Able to coach without creating dependency
